Discount Tire

I had an appointment on 27 July 2026 and was greeted by Adam. I’d had six new tires installed on my RV three weeks before at a different location. I heard a constant buzzing sound from under the cab and wanted to have the tires checked. Adam and his colleague (Elijah or Ellandro?) removed all the tires, balanced them and found that some of them had the wrong weights. He corrected this and checked the PSI and put them back. I then planned to drive off, but could still hear the noise. Adam told me to put it in neutral while he raised the RV again and spun the wheels. He found there was a loose wire that was hitting again the wheel hub/bearings. He pulled it clear which resolved the issue. This was a service call that went above and beyond my expectations. Adam and his colleague were super helpful, competent and provided a great experience. I would not hesitate to recommend this location if you need new tires or a service call. Thank you for going the extra mile! Jackie

Adam, Miguel, Jon, & team Salem went above and beyond. The managers even jumped in and it was like watching a pit crew work on my vehicle. Precision. Professionalism. Teamwork. Very impressive. You can tell the customer comes first and the Team works well together to make it happen.

We had an appointment for 11am this morning after purchasing the tires online. We arrived about 20 minutes early and was told it'd be a little while and went to run some errands. I think it was 25 minutes later they called and let us know the vehicle was ready for pickup. Everything looked great and we were off! Thanks again guys!

I needed to replace my tires same day after getting my car serviced and Discount Tires in Salem got the job done! They had the tires I needed in stock and were able to get them installed right away. As soon as I showed up, an employee opened the front door for me and welcomed me right in! Phenomenal customer service!
